1. The agreement
By using InstaStalk you agree to these terms. The app itself is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use InstaStalk.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use InstaStalk.
3. What InstaStalk is
InstaStalk shows publicly available Instagram information for accounts you choose to watch: profile details, public following lists, and public stories. InstaStalk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. What Instagram makes publicly available can change at any time, and InstaStalk's features can change with it.
4. Subscriptions
- InstaStalk Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $8.99 per week or $12.99 per month. Local prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
5. Acceptable use
InstaStalk is for personal, lawful use. Do not use it to harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm anyone. Do not use it to monitor someone where a law, court order, or protective order prohibits you from doing so. Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the service, probe or disrupt our systems, or reverse engineer the app. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. About the data
Information in InstaStalk comes from public sources, collected on a periodic schedule. It can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and an account's activity can change between checks. Scores and summaries are automated estimates provided for informational purposes only. Do not rely on InstaStalk for any decision with legal, financial, or safety consequences.
7. Ending things
You can stop using InstaStalk and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
8. Disclaimers
InstaStalk is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaStalk's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the operator of InstaStalk is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
11. Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use InstaStalk after a change means you accept the new terms.
